We want you to be happy with your purchase and hope you enjoy using our presets. If something goes wrong, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@themariecherie.com

Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds once the download link has been accessed. Digital products cannot be “returned,” which is why we cannot issue refunds in such cases.

In exceptional cases, we may decide to issue a refund. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at support@themariecherie.com

We will review your request as soon as possible and notify you of our decision.

(Please include in your email your name, the email address you used to purchase the preset, which preset it concerns, and the reason for your refund request.)

By purchasing a preset, you confirm that you have or will download the required software:

·        For mobile presets: the free Lightroom Mobile App

·        For desktop presets: the Adobe Lightroom Desktop version
