Digital Products and Courses

Because our products (such as presets, templates, and online courses) are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, we cannot offer refunds once the download link or course access has been provided.

Digital products cannot be “returned,” which is why we cannot issue refunds in such cases.

By purchasing a product or course, you acknowledge that:

  • You gain immediate access to the digital content.
  • You waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law once the download or access has started.

Exceptions

In exceptional cases (for example, technical issues preventing access), we may decide to issue a refund or replacement.

You may request a review within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@themariecherie.com.

Please include in your email:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used for purchase
  • The product or course name
  • A short explanation of your situation

We will review your request as soon as possible and notify you of our decision.

Software Requirements

By purchasing, you confirm that you have or will download the required software:

  • For mobile presets: the free Lightroom Mobile App
  • For desktop presets: Adobe Lightroom Desktop (paid version)

The Seller is not responsible for compatibility issues resulting from missing or outdated software.
